SENIOR ADVISOR
We have an opportunity for a Senior Advisor to join our Team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Working with a broad range of business clients and complex family groups, you will be involved in compliance, reporting and relationship management. This will include:
- Analysis of financial data, including monthly or periodic management accounts, budgets & forecasts and analysis of financial ratios;
- Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance;
- Summarising data and preparation of sophisticated reports on financial status and risks;
- Developing financial models, conducting benchmarking and process analysis;
- Utilising business intelligence software applications to monitor performance;
- Conducting business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models;
- Routinely calculating and monitoring compliance with business finance and lending covenants;
- Reconciling transactions by comparing and correcting data;
- Gaining, maintaining and updating business knowledge relevant to clients to remain informed about the industry/sector in which they operate;
- Preparing and delivering written reports by presenting to clients on a regular basis.
About you:
- You devise solutions for clients and build great client relationships;
- You can deliver work with technical proficiency and work with colleagues to help them achieve the same;
- You can meet and enforce strict deadlines;
- You have had experience working with a broad range of business clients, high net worth individuals and complex family groups accross different industries;
- You you are organised, resourceful, positive and energetic;
- You have a willingness to utilise technology to support you in the functions required in the role;
- You are willing to explore ideas and new ways of doing things and proactively lead continuous improvement.
This role will suit a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with:
- At least 3-4 years experience;
- Excellent technical knowledge; and
- The ability to think commercially
As you will be directly involved client relationships, excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount.
