Wilaine joined the firm in early 2019 as our Manager of Corporate Advisory.

After graduating from her Accountancy degree with distinction and obtaining her CPA qualification, Wilaine embarked upon her career with a Big 4 firm based in Singapore – initially cutting her teeth in Deals Advisory before rising to Manager level where she was responsible for delivering financial due diligence and related services (e.g. dataroom preparation and internal business reviews).

She continued her deals specialisation with another Big 4 firm in the Middle East expanding her experience on buy side and sell side transactions, working alongside PEs / SWFs and corporate clients from various industries. She has a special passion for vendor due diligence/ assistance, the process being quite grounded and entails longer client engagement fostering deep relationships. She later took on a regional business advisor role executing and monitoring risk management policies and strategy. Wilaine furthered her knowledge acquisition by completing a mini-MBA programme at the PwC ME Academy.

With considerable financial experience across deals advisory – Wilaine is intuitively able to comprehend complex situations and circumstances and then find common sense and practical corporate advisory solutions for our firm’s clients.

Away from the office, you’ll find Wilaine cooking-up MasterChef style feasts for her Husband and Son … in between binge watching rom-coms and competition TV shows.
